Why Saints and Monks meditate in forest ?
Forest

✔️ People who live in Forest had less need of even bath and food

✔️ People who live in near long-term agriculture lands needed baths and health care

✔️ Long-term agriculture lands had trees and plants absorb the energies from Humans and feel expectancy

Agriculture Land

✔️ People who often go to Park also feel drain of energy if they don’t have bath after return from Park

My Grand Father teach us this :

We visit our farm after school on summer days; we are not allowed to eat or drink until we take a bath, but we are allowed to eat and drink while we are at the farm. On those days, I didn’t understand the science behind it. Because of the elevation of consciousness, now we can understand better. The opposite of deforestation is forestation, which means helping nature grow its own forest without human intervention. As a result, all animal and bird species contribute to the survival of the species. Man-made forests do not have all of the same characteristics and benefits as natural forests. Man-made trees are in expectancy, and they feel a craving, so whenever humans go through them, their expectancy will be greater. Trees in a forest are in stillness, and they accept the flow. So they are the best for spiritual and health purposes.

Ayurveda suggests to take herbs from Forests not from long term agriculture lands

Are You going to Park often?

Then bath immediately after return
