GLYCINE – AMINO ACID

Share

Glycine slows the atrophy of muscle tissue by supplying muscle tissue with Creatine, a substance needed for muscle tissue construction through DNA and RNA.  Glycine is found in significant quantities in the skin and connected tissues, and insufficient quantities aids in repairing and healing.  Too much Glycine in the system can cause fatigue, while proper amounts produce more energy.
