Perceptional Breathing is part of Perceptional Healing, we practiced in our Saturday Healing Sessions.

Perceptional Breathing works as a magical exercise for pains, limiting beliefs, cleaning old memories, replacing adharmic  old habits, etc

This Perceptional Breathing heals even incurable and undiagnosed disorders and diseases

Doing better things gives better results

How to do Perceptional Breathing:

  1. Sit in a comfortable position facing North or East
  2. Pray to Your favorite God for healing You.  Your Favorite God might Lord Shiva or Lord Hanuman, Jesus Christ, or Allah, Goddess Lalitha or Buddha etc
  3. Surrender to God. Greatest Miracle ever done on Earth is only through Surrenderness
  4. While taking breath “I am inhaling God’s energy through this breath and which spread through out my body and strengthen me .While giving out breath “I am exhaling all the negative energy or illness causing energy from me
  5. Now  inhaling visualize “white light” from Your Favourite God which strengthens in my health and exhaling visualize “black colored energy” going out of Your Body
  6. Now while inhaling “I Now surrender to God within me through my breath and God’s will navigate my Life towards Highest Good” and while exhaling “I am releasing all my known and unknown thinking patterns which preventing me towards Highest Good in my Life”

 

I received unexpected miracles from some of my clients who practised this exercise more than 10 times a day
