1. Returns :
- Once the goods have been delivered, they cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for products unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please report it to our customer service team on the delivery date. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be reported promptly.
2. Video Documentation :
- To ensure a smooth resolution process, we strongly recommend making a video while opening the box and inspecting the product upon delivery. This video will serve as evidence in case of any breakage or damage during transit.
- Failure to provide video documentation may result in the inability to obtain a replacement for the broken product during delivery.
3. Exchanges :

4. Order Cancellations :
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Order cancellations can only be accepted if the cancellation request is made before the dispatch of goods.
- Cancellation refunds will be processed within 15 working days. Please note that a 3% gateway charge will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded to the cardholder.

- qupro.in is not responsible for any damage to the goods that occurs after delivery. Once the products are delivered in good condition, any subsequent damage or mishandling is the responsibility of the customer.
